Dynamic Direct is a dispatch fulfilment service enabling you to sell products from our catalogue on your website without the need to hold stock.

We provide you with a CDR featuring Jpegs, descriptions and logos for display on your website. You can choose whichever products you would like to display.
We provide you with our 24hr Parcelforce and recorded delivery Royal Mail shipping charges to enter into your checkout facility.

As you receive each order, you email us your invoice to the customer detailing goods sold.
We print your invoice as confirmation and pick and pack the goods with your invoice to send to your customer directly.

We forward you the dispatch details at the end of each day in case of any queries from the customer.
We charge your credit card as each invoice is dispatched.

We will ship your orders the same day if your invoice is received by 12 noon. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next day.

We charge a small service charge on top of the usual cost of the goods + VAT plus shipping.
The service charge is dependent on the type of product sent:
Example: UDG trolley bag = service charge £3.50 or UDG Slipmat = service charge .50p
We have made things simple by compiling a chart organising our catalogue in service charge bands.

As a Dynamic Direct customer, we will advise you of low stock items for you to remove from your website day by day.

We provide tracking numbers in the dispatch details to you at the end of each day for liaison with your customer. In the rare case of loss, we will assist and make the claim on your behalf.

Of course, place your stock orders in the normal way. Only your customer invoices emailed for Dynamic Direct dispatch will incur the service charge.

Just fill in the authorisation sheet and fax us back. As always, we ask you to adhere to selling products at the stated RRP in order to maintain price integrity and your margin.

We are currently unable to dispatch worldwide, although we will be offering you this service in the near future. In the meantime, we can dispatch individual orders to you for dispatch to your international customers by you. We will not charge you a service charge for this, just the normal cost of the product + shipping. (click here for postage tariffs)
