Amélie Legault is an artist, illustrator, and children’s book author who lives in Montreal, Canada, with her husband and her two stepdaughters. When she was little, Amélie was drawing all the time. She went on to study visual arts and art history and began her artistic adventure in 2013, with 6 pink flamingos birthday cards. Since then, Amélie has developed her portfolio of realistic animal illustrations with a humorous touch, working with gouache painting and ink markers in her home studio.
