Compact performance, driven by your system.
The second-generation Yu4 Passive brings a powerful, compact solution to listeners who want the freedom and flexibility of external amplification. Re-engineered drivers deliver greater clarity, a more balanced sound signature, and surprising depth over previous passive models. Sold as a pair, they integrate seamlessly into a traditional two-channel stereo setup, desktop configuration, or serve as adaptable channels in a home theater surround system.
Crisp 1” silk dome tweeters provide clear, airy highs, while the 4” Abaca-reinforced woofers produce full-bodied mids and punchy bass response down to 60 Hz. Each speaker handles 55 W RMS (110 W RMS total per pair) and 80 W peak into 4 ohms, maintaining a warm, balanced character that is ideal for prolonged all-day listening. A minimal silhouette, with seam-sealing silicon dispersion rings and premium 4-way binding posts, it brings effortless hi-fi sound to your living and workspaces.

SYSTEM AMPLIFICATION FLEXIBILITY – Designed strictly as a passive system without internal power supplies or electronics, the Yu4 Passive gives you complete freedom to build your dream audio layout with your choice of integrated amplifiers, receivers, or home theater processors.

ROBUST PASSIVE POWER HANDLING – Sold as a pair, each speaker is rated to reliably handle 55 W RMS and 80 W peak (110 W RMS / 160 W peak per pair) into 4-ohms, delivering authoritative, effortless sound that outperforms its compact size.

DEEPER, MORE NATURAL ACOUSTICS – Features a 1" silk dome tweeter for smooth, detailed, fatigue-free highs, paired with a 4" Abaca-reinforced paper cone woofer for deep bass extension down to 60 Hz and a natural, full-bodied midrange that brings music and movies to life.

VERSATILE PLACEMENT OPTIONS – Featuring integrated 1/4”-20 bottom mounting holes for rock-solid coupling to compatible speaker stands, the Yu4 Passive is perfectly proportioned to sit on a shelf, media console, desktop, or dedicated listening station.

THOUGHTFUL, DURABLE DESIGN - Crafted with attention to every detail — Rigid MDF cabinets minimize unwanted resonance, while seamless silicone trim rings create a clean, refined appearance and help reduce diffraction around the drivers. Integrated mounting points and intuitive on-speaker controls make Yu4 equally at home on a desk, shelf, stand, or media console.
