THE REVOLUTIONARY REWINDING BOOK FORMAT

Scrollino® is a creative concept invented by Ludmila and Sylvain Favardin, founders of international art book publisher: edition lidu. Scrollino® was born following experimentation with thermal receipt printing techniques and the possibility of creating ‘infinite’ books.

Their first published comic books were launched at Milano Design Week in 2014 to great success, leading to the evolution of their unique Scrollinography™ technology, the development of the patented Scroller part and a completed retail product. Since launching Scrollino® in 2016, this innovative media format has evolved into an extensive range of playful young reading titles, creative activities, learning tools and stationery, offering a fun and pocket-portable experience for children from age 3 and adults alike.  The Scrollino® box features it’s unique rewinding mechanism, a paper roll of up to two meters inside and a stored pencil.  Simply unwind the Scrollino® with the pencil to read, draw or write and rewind back again! 

Each beautifully illustrated Scrollino® title engages the imagination, develops reading and motor skills and can be used with either the left or right hand.

Scrollino® is completely eco-friendly and plastic free, manufactured from certified organic materials and is even 100% compostable.
